GES Inc. has extensive experience with every aspect of the state regulations for the State of New Hampshire. We have been involved in Legislative sessions for the writing of new and changing laws and rules related to inland and shoreland wetlands. We have years of experience working in cooperation with the Wetland, Shoreland and Alteration of Terrain Bureaus, as well as the Department of Historical Resources and New Hampshire Fish and Game and Natural Heritage Bureau. The involvement has been through the coordination of surveys for sites of natural resource significance and conducting surveys and monitoring for state-listed threatened and/or endangered species. Mr. Gove has served on a number of Ad Hoc Committees that have been instituted by DES as focus groups in the review of administrative rules, which have included in lieu fees for mitigation, stream crossings, permit by notification, utility maintenance and replacements, and alteration of terrain. Mr. Gove met regularly with Department of Environmental Services senior staff members, on a number of issues including legislative initiatives, clarification of rules, and individual projects.
